It may have been the weekend, but that didn’t stop our Outdoor Adventure Club from lacing up their boots and hitting the trials.
The club used part of their weekend to explore the Perimeter Trial at Peebles Island State Park, and students were able to bring their parents along for the journey.
Advisors recently opened club enrollment to include fifth and sixth graders to help introduce them to more outdoor activities, and encourage students to stay with the club through their high school years. 53 students are currently enrolled in the group, and advisors are in the midst of planning an ice skating trip for students in January.
