Important District Update

Dear Waterford-Halfmoon Families and Staff,

Late last evening, the District became aware of a concerning comment made on social media regarding the school district. The matter was immediately referred to law enforcement for review.

Based on law enforcement’s review and investigation, they have determined that there is no credible threat to the school district.

Thank you to those who reported the comment and brought it to our attention. We also appreciate the prompt response and continued support of our law enforcement partners.

We take any concerning statement involving our school district seriously and will continue to work closely with law enforcement to help ensure the safety of our students and staff.
