Please complete the Student Registration Packet (also found under Registration Links) or call the District Registrar, Kerri Mulligan, at (518) 237-0800 ext. 3314 to have a registration packet mailed to you. 

When you have all of your completed paperwork and documents, call Kerri Mulligan at (518) 237-0800 x 3314 to schedule an appointment.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM
If you have moved or are moving from one home to another in the Waterford-Halfmoon School District, you must fill out this form and return it to the Central Registration Office.
