WHUFSD Capital Project Survey

Waterford-Halfmoon UFSD is continuing to plan for a potential capital improvement project that is expected to be presented to voters in May 2027.

Current areas under consideration include roof and window work identified through the 2025 Building Condition Survey, along with possible improvements to the baseball and softball fields, exterior restroom facilities, and the auditorium.

As planning continues, the District is reviewing project costs, available state building aid and other existing resources. Our goal is to complete the proposed work with no direct local tax impact.

As we plan for this and future capital projects, we want to hear from our families, staff, and community members. Your feedback will help the Board of Education and District administration better understand community priorities and guide our capital planning moving forward.
