The district is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to provide clerical and administrative support for the Jr./Sr. High School Assistant Principal and Athletic Director. Responsibilities include supporting daily office operations, assisting with scheduling and correspondence, maintaining confidential records, supporting athletic program operations, processing paperwork related to student discipline, attendance, and athletic eligibility, and communicating with staff, students, families, and community members.

Strong organizational skills, communication skills, sound judgment, confidentiality, and proficiency with office technology are important for this position. Prior experience in a school or office setting is preferred.
