NON-INSTRUCTIONAL POSITIONS

The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with general education teachers and other related services professionals. The successful candidate would be flexible, approachable, and maintain a positive attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering therapy through various models (individual/group, push-in/pull-out)
- Conducting both standardized and non-standardized student assessments
- Continuously evaluating student progress
- Maintaining and updating student records, including IEP documentation
- Participating regularly in team meetings for each assigned student to enhance goal coordination and progress
- Attending IEP meetings as needed
- Engaging in RTI meetings
This role requires a dynamic approach to support and enhance student communication skills in a collaborative educational environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited school and must currently be licensed by New York State Department of Education. The additional Certificate of Clinical Competence is preferred.
This is a full time, 10 month, tenure track position under the WTA contract. Full benefits available and eligibility to contribute to the NYS Teacher Retirement System (TRS). Salary range is $54,025-$60,888 based upon experience plus $36 per graduate credit hour.

This class is a Functional Skills Classroom for elementary level students (6:1:2). The Special Education Teacher develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of all students with disabilities and create an enriching classroom environment. Students will receive a comprehensive array of related services and some will utilize augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) devices. There will be a full time Teaching Assistant and Teacher Aide. Additionally, there will be a part time Occupational Therapist and part time Speech Therapist that will staff the classroom opposite times of the day (ie. OT 8:00-11:30 & Speech 11:30-3:00). Furthermore, we will have Music Therapy for all enrolled students.
Teaching Assistant Requirements
- Teaching Assistant - Level 1 certification (or within 40 days of hire)
- Prefer experience working with student on the Autism Spectrum
This is a permanent, 10 month, tenure track position. Per the CSEA contract, the salary is more than $16.54 per hour (this was the ‘25-’26 rate. The union is currently in negotiations). A generous benefits package is available. Staff are eligible to participate in the NYS Employee Retirement System (ERS).
Teacher Aide Requirements
- Prefer experience working with student on the Autism Spectrum
This is a permanent, 10 month position. Per the CSEA contract, the salary is more than $16.00 per hour (this was the ‘25-’26 rate.The union is currently in negotiations). A generous benefits package is available.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill a full-time, 12-month secretary position starting July 1, 2026. This role is essential in supporting the Director of Pupil Personnel Services by coordinating and managing various departmental functions.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Special Education Support: Assisting both preschool and school-age Special Education teams.
- Medicaid management (not billing)
- STAC submissions and Schooltool updates
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive files.
- Serve as the primary contact for school staff, parents and external programs.
- Generate letters and forms using the Frontline/IEP Direct system, our main database of records.
The optimal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, be energetic, enthusiastic, as well as have a pleasant demeanor.
This is a civil service position within Saratoga County, though no exam is required. Candidates must meet civil service requirements. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.47 for the current school year and includes a full benefits package. The CSEA contract is being negotiated for future years and an increase in pay per hour will be applied for the 2026-2027 school year. Additionally, the successful candidate is eligible to participate in the New York State Employee Retirement System (ERS). The role falls under the CSEA contract, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The expectations for the OT professional to provide direct services to students and also work with the teacher to create a sensory sensitive environment. It is anticipated the position would be AM or PM opposite the SLP Monday through Friday and the other half of the day would be working with other students in the district.
Responsibilities include:
- Direct service with students according to a written treatment plan/IEP that the OT develops.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality, attendance, and flexibility, while working cooperatively with Supervisors and teachers.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Communicates and interacts with other team members, school personnel, and families
Must be Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in NYS. Full-time, 10 month position, tenure track position. Salary per the WTA contract- salary range is $54,025-$60,888 and based upon experience.
