NON-INSTRUCTIONAL POSITIONS
Waterford-Halfmoon Union Free School District is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional individual to serve as Elementary School Secretary at Waterford-Halfmoon Elementary School. The ideal candidate will serve as a welcoming presence for families, staff, and students while providing essential clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: At least:
A. Possession of an Associate’s Degree and one (1) year of clerical experience which must have involved the routine use of standard office software such as, but not limited to: Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; OR
B. Graduation from High School or possession of a high school equivalency diploma (GED) and three (3) years of clerical experience which must have involved the routine use of standard office software such as, but not limited to: Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; OR
C. Three (3) years of college level study may be substituted for the required clerical experience as listed in A & B.

Location: Waterford-Halfmoon Elementary School
Employment Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Position

The Waterford-Halfmoon School is seeking a part-time food service worker to provide support in the cafeteria. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving students breakfast and lunch meals, preparing food according to the USDA standards for child nutrition and following all safety and sanitation regulations within the county and state. This is a ten-month position.
